I spent 5 minutes working on draws as a warm up. No timer just draws. Focused on getting hands together and then acquire picture. Also holstering replicating the draws.
15 minutes on 6 reload 6 trying to keep it simple. No timer
10 minutes of table draws 6 reload 6 with timer no par.
Last 5 minutes spent on 6 RL 6 with timer. I was really focusing on grip and seeing the a shots. Still no pars.
Overall it felt pretty good. I zero'd my gun better last night and it didn't affect my sight picture.
HRPC match tomorrow need to make sure to fit in a pm workout.
Also I bought a 10lb dumbell. I want to use it in my spare time when I am hanging out to build a little more arm strength.
